1. Scope

These terms apply to all services, digital products, and goods offered by TaxNexaPro in 2025.

2. Services

Tax structuring and optimization consultations are scheduled in advance. Clients may reschedule up to 7 days before the session without penalty. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are not eligible for reimbursement due to reserved time.

3. Digital Products

This category includes guides, courses, and other downloadable materials. All sales are final and cannot be reimbursed. If a product file is defective, a replacement copy will be provided upon request.

4. Goods

Physical materials sold through our site may be requested for reimbursement within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping charges on exchanged items.

5. Reimbursement Policy

Services

If a cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date, a full reimbursement will be processed within 14 days. For cancellations inside the 7-day window, clients may reschedule once within a 30-day period. No reimbursement is provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. Defective files will be replaced at no extra charge.

Goods

Clients have 14 days from delivery to request a reimbursement. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Reimbursements will be processed to the original payment channel within 14 days after receipt and inspection. Shipping charges are not reimbursable.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on taxnexapro.com.
